Refund policy

We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 72 hours after initially receiving your item to NOTIFY us of any issues you might be having with your order for e.g. fitting, incorrect color etc. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at shopxelle@gmail.com. Please note that the address the returns/exchanges will need to be sent to will be provided, granted your request is accepted.

If your return/exchange is accepted, customer is responsible for shipping both ways. We do not provide refunds for incorrect size chosen (in cases like these, only an exchange can be granted). If the error is somehow on our end, we will cover the standard shipping one way back to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
