We are located in Jamaica but our store is based SOLEY online. There is no physical location to visit and make a purchase.

All sandal colors are done to order. Once your payment has been received, your order takes a minimum of 4-5 days to be made & fully dried.

However, if we are doing a current batch order, the wait time is usually extended to approx. 10-14 days.

Batch delivery date is always displayed when choosing your delivery option at checkout.

While we understand that there might be a need for urgency in getting your order as quickly as possible, unfortunately we cannot facilitate a rush order.

We try our best to ensure that you are all set once you receive your sandals so the allotted drying time mentioned above is a necessary requirement.

An exchange is accepted once you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your sandals AND your sandals is in the original condition as when you first received it.
